MOMENTUM IS COMING TO DC IN 2017! 

That’s right.  MOMENTUM – the annual conference for church leaders that we've been doing in NY, PA and LA – is coming to the nation's capital in 2017!  It’ll be February 17-19 (Presidents Day weekend) and in case you can’t tell, I AM PUMPED!

The title of this year’s conference is: “WE ARE: radically different, eternally one.” 

We don’t just tolerate what makes us different; we NEED those differences!  Without them, we would not be the complete BODY of Christ. 

That’s why this is called “WE ARE” and not “I am.”  The Church has to be about who WE ARE, not who I am.  And who are we?  We are "radically different, eternally one."

So whether our differences are cultural, racial, political, or social… in the Body of Christ, WE ARE. 

Whether it’s male or female, black or white, rich or poor, Democrat or Republican… in the Body of Christ, WE ARE.

Whether you’re an ascetic or an activist, a contemplative or an intellectual… in the Body of Christ, WE ARE.

Oh and there’s one more thing you need to know about this year’s conference.  In addition to yours truly being the main speaker, this year we’re mixing it up and we’ll be inviting some guest presenters as well – people who have accomplished significant feats in life and can speak to the need for “WE ARE” kind of thinking.

I can’t reveal who those guests are just yet, but trust me, it’s going to be enlightening to say the least!  Well worth the price of admission alone!
