I'm still on lockdown preparing for Momentum 2016, but wanted to share this story that I first posted three years ago - about a sheep in New Zealand named Shrek.  The story's about the sheep but the message is about me and you and the unnecessary burdens that so many of us carry.  May this story be a reminder that we don't need to carry them any more.  Enjoy!
